Through the Tamil Language Literary Aptitude Test 2024, the Tamil Nadu government will select 1,500 students from schools across the country and will give them a monthly stipend of ₹1,500 for two years. The Directorate of Government Examinations said in a press release that 50 percent of the awardees will be from government schools and the remaining 50 percent from government schools and other private schools.
